FC Motown STA earned several 2025 USL League 2 Postseason awards after a historic season for the club.

Congratulations to Maurice Williams who earned Metropolitan Division Player of the Year honors, and was also selected for the Eastern Conference Team of the Year. Goalkeeper Alan Rutkowski was also selected to the Eastern Conference Team of the Tear.

And a huge congratulations to Head Coach Tom Shields for earning the USL League 2 Coach of the Year award after leading the club to the best regular season record.

“To win this award is an incredible testament to the efforts of so many, and while mine is the name it is awarded to, I have to of course thank: my technical staff, our operations team, the owners and my players, for without each of their efforts and investment over a long summer, none of this would be possible,” Shields said.
