Congratulations to STA WPSL for being awarded the WPSL Franchise of the Year for the Metropolitan Conference! This marks the first time in franchise history the club has received this award.

“It’s honor to be recognized by colleagues and receive the Franchise of the Year award,” said WPSL General Manager Danielle D’Avanzo. “This would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff and team of interns! I am very grateful for their contributions this season, and we will continue to keep striving to improve the WPSL experience each season.”

Three players were also selected to the Metropolitan All-Conference Best XI team. Defender Nicole Wilson, Midfielder Sydney Masur and Forward Jaiden Schultz all earned Best XI honors for the first time in their WPSL careers.

STA finished the season ranked 19th in the 2024 WPSL Final Regular Season Power Rankings. This year marked the first time the club received national recognition from the league.
