STA Technical Director Tom Shields and Girls Academy Director Kelly Sims were amongst the 100 or so presenters selected from around the world of soccer and coaching who were asked to present at the United Soccer Coaches Convention held recently in Philadelphia. The world’s largest youth soccer conference offered an opportunity for our leaders to share a host of best practice and insight into coaching methods while lifting the lid on a few of the best practices that make STA so special.
