The 2023 id2 International Tour concluded Monday afternoon after the boys teams defeated Oxford 5-1. The Americans defeated every team they faced during their time across the pond, starting with a 3-0 victory against Leeds United on April 3rd. The boys then beat West Bromwich Albion FC 5-1 on April 6th, and continued their winning streak on April 8th with a dominate 6-0 victory against AFC Wimbledon. The final match featured a 5-1 win over Oxford United FC.

STA 2009B ECNL players Braulio Penaloza and Dylan Mazzarella were two of 18 players to be selected for this incredible opportunity. In addition to playing games, the clubs offered unique training styles and developmental experiences that the id2 National Selection teams saw first-hand. They also attended professional men’s and women’s games and toured stadiums in Manchester and London.
