FC Motown STA will begin its 2023 USL Academy season on Saturday, April 1st when the club travels to face FA Euro.

The previously scheduled season opener on Friday, March 10th was canceled due to snow and will be rescheduled to Wednesday, May 31st. FC Motown STA’s home opener will now be on Sunday, May 14th at Turkey Brook Park for a 12pm kickoff as the club hosts the Westchester Flames. The game is free to attend.

The academy team is made up of players from U17-U19, and is a phenomenal opportunity for players to excel and test themselves on yet another top platform nationally. The team will be lead by Academy Director Matty Farrell, and he will be assisted by Brett Molloy and Wayne Wardle. Rounding out the coaching staff is Goalkeeper Coach Steven Ortiz.
